Tuition & Fees

• Admission applications for the upcoming school year are accepted as of September 1st. Parents must submit the enrollment application, the appropriate information, and the applicable registration fee. The registration fee for new students is $525 and is non-refundable once the student is accepted. Should your child not be accepted, the registration fee will be refunded.
• Interested parents are required to schedule a tour of the school. You may do so through the Admissions Office by calling (504) 733-0472.
• Students applying for grades K through 7 must take an admissions test. Test dates will be scheduled as needed. A classroom visitation is also required for all applicants entering PK3 – 7.
• The Admissions Office will request all the necessary school records for applicants.
• Parents will receive written notification of acceptance.
• Preschool applicants are not required to take an admissions test. However, a pre-kindergarten and kindergarten visitation is required.

Kehoe-France admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to the students at this school. • 8 weeks to 11 months: Must be at least 8 weeks old
• One-Year-Old: One Year before September 30th
• Two-Years-Old: Two-Years before September 30th
• PK-3: Three-Years before September 30th
• Pre-Kindergarten: Four-Years before September 30th
• Kindergarten: Five-Years before September 30th
• 1st Grade: Six-Years before September 30th

8 WEEKS THROUGH KINDERGARTEN
(Students are admitted based on the school receiving all necessary admission documents and on space
availability.)

1ST THROUGH 7TH GRADE
(The Admission Committee considers past academic performance, admissions testing, and teacher assessment
for applications for grades 1 through 7. Students are admitted based on the school receiving all necessary
admission documents and space availability.)

To complete registration, families must submit a non-refundable fee of $525 and the registration documents.

FEE PAYMENT OPTION

• Tuition paid in full by May 2, 2025, will be discounted 10%
• The 2.5% processing fee will be waived for families who pay in full by May 2 using a credit card.
• Refund: Three months’ written notice is required for a refund without penalty.

• First semester (half of the year) paid by May 2, 2025, will be discounted 3%
• The remaining semester can be paid in one payment by January 30, 2026, for an additional 3% discount OR divided into monthly payments with no additional discounts.
• The 2.5% credit card processing fee will be waived for the first payment due on May 2, 2025.
• Refund: Three months’ written notice is required for a refund without penalty.

• Tuition is payable in three equal installments due May 2, 2025, August 1, 2025, and November 7, 2025.
• Payment Dates:
  • May 2 – Covers August, September, October, and November
  • August 1 – Covers December, January, and February
  • November 7 – Covers March, April, and May
• Refund: Three months’ written notice is required for a refund without penalty.

• 10-Month – Monthly tuition payments are due on the first of the month beginning May 2, 2025, continuing through February 2, 2026.
• 12-Month – Monthly tuition payments are due on the first of the month beginning August 1, 2025, and continuing through July 1, 2026.
• Paid directly to the office or via direct debit from your bank account. Please contact Beth Camet at bcamet@kehoe-france.com to set up automatic payments.
• Refund: Three months’ written notice is required for a refund without penalty.

• A 2.5% processing fee will be added to all credit card payments.
• A $35 NSF fee for returned direct debit or check payment will be assessed.
• Sibling Discount (Tuition Only):
  • 2nd Child – 10%
  • 3rd Child – 15%
  • 4th Child – 20%

• If Kehoe-France is not or has not opened for classes and the academic school year does not take place, in whole or part, due to any act of God or force majeure, including but not limited to weather, fire, flood, strike, labor dispute or similar cause beyond the control of the parties, then the tuition paying party shall not be entitled to a refund of tuition, fees, or other payments from Kehoe-France. In such an event of force majeure, Kehoe-France shall have no liability to make payments according to the tuition refund policy in the Kehoe-France Family Handbook and the Kehoe-France Tuition Guidelines.
